Good Samaritan gives stranger ride, robbed at gunpoint | Crime

LAGRANGE, GA - A good Samaritan giving a stranger a ride home ended up with a gun pointed in his face.

The victim told police that he was giving an unknown man a ride from Vernon Rd. to Mooty Bridge Rd. Wednesday around 1 p.m.

The stranger asked him to pull into Valley Ridge Apartments. As the suspect was getting out of the car he pulled out a handgun and demanded the driver's money. 

The suspect then ran away on foot.
