LaGrangeMoms.com gets Community Editor | Business

LAGRANGE, GA - Muscogee Moms® LLC, provider of the online family-friendly events calendar www.MuscogeeMoms.com, is launching a new website -- www.LaGrangeMoms.com -- on September 1, 2011, and is naming LaGrange resident Laura Erickson as the Community Editor. 

“We are excited to be reaching moms and families in Troup County. The new site will be similar in appearance and functionality to our existing site, but will provide details about family-friendly events and programs in Lagrange, Hogansville, West Point and the surrounding communities. It will serve as a way to centralize resources for parents, while creating affordable marketing packages so that businesses and nonprofits can reach the family demographic,” said Charlotte Bowman, owner of Muscogee Moms. 

Parents can expect the new site to provide unbiased information about resources and events for families in Troup County. “Our site appeals to people from all backgrounds and walks of life,” said Bowman. “We work hard to be biased and to avoid being an opinion website. We want people to come to the site and feel confident in what they read.”

As the editor of LaGrangeMoms.com, Laura Erickson will write and edit content for the site as well as provide advertising options for businesses of all sizes. Laura is an award-winning writer with a background in marketing and public relations. She is the mother of two girls, ages 7 and 3, and she and her husband David have lived in LaGrange for nearly 15 years.
